Veguilla grew up in Puerto Rico, surrounded by the melodic coquí frogs and beach vacations. Passionate about science and education, she served as a Faculty at Harvard and Harvard Extension School. Currently, as a Director at the Science Communication Lab, she draws from her background to create educational resources, focusing on career transitions and equity in science education, aiming to empower students to excel in their scientific journeys.
